What is vanilla absolute?
Natural vanilla extracts come from cured pods. Their character is more complex than the isolated molecule vanillin, including balsamic and sometimes woody facets.
Scent & use in perfumery
Rounds floral and ambery fragrances with soft sweetness; the perceived vanilla note may come from an extract, molecules or an accord.
